Vetted provisioning
No public signup. Access is granted by admin invite with domain-match vetting; admin and super-admin roles require dual approval and single-use 24h invite links.
Phishing-resistant MFA
WebAuthn passkeys (FIDO2 / AAL2) required for supervisor, admin, and super-admin roles. TOTP supported as backup where policy allows. MFA policy enforced per role.
Account lockout & hardened recovery
Auto-lockout after repeated failed attempts with native Auth-level ban. Account recovery requires a super-admin-reviewed ticket and revokes all MFA factors and passkeys before re-enrollment.
Tamper-evident audit log
Every privileged action is appended to a hash-chained audit log (SHA-256 prev-hash linkage). Chain integrity is verifiable from the admin console.
Signed audit export
CSV exports of the audit log are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and verifiable offline with openssl — chain-of-custody evidence for auditors and procurement.
Critical event notifications
Invite issued, account activated, and MFA factor changes generate transactional notifications to the user and to security@orvenx.com, aligned with NIST SP 800-63B guidance.
Role-based access control
Granular roles for analysts, supervisors, reviewers, admins, and auditors, mapped to your compliance org structure and enforced via row-level security.
Tenant isolation
Tenant-scoped data access with row-level security policies. Admins see only their tenant; super-admin scope is segregated and audit-logged.
