We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, advertising cookies, or advertising pixels on the Counterpass website or platform.

Personal information is processed only to operate, secure, and improve the Counterpass platform, to respond to demo, pilot, sales, and support requests, and to meet legal, contractual, and tax obligations. Sub-processors that host or operate the platform are contractually prohibited from using personal information for their own marketing.

If our practices ever change so that personal information is sold or shared as defined under the CCPA, California residents will have the right to direct us not to. You may submit an opt-out request at any time, including in advance, and we will record it.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written proof of authorization, and we may require you to verify your identity and confirm the agent's authority before responding.

Send an email to contact@counterpass.ai from the email address you use with Counterpass, with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share — California".

Please include: your full name, the email address associated with your account or inquiry, the company you are affiliated with (if any), and the request itself. We will verify your identity using the information on file before recording or actioning the request, generally within forty-five (45) days.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We will not deny you the Service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of the Service because you exercised any right under the CCPA.
